Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Enter and update data accurately in the system.
- The back office executive will be responsible for inputting information into databases and ensuring the accuracy of the data entered.
2. Managing Documents: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Keeping records organized and easily accessible for other team members is a key responsibility of this role.
3. Email Correspondence: Respond to emails and handle office correspondence.
- The back office executive must be able to communicate professionally via email and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Basic Accounting: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payroll.
- Some knowledge of accounting principles will be needed to help with financial tasks as required.
5. Coordination: Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaboration with different teams within the organization is essential for efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Proficiency in MS Office: Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
2. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and document management is crucial.
3. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and coordination with other departments.
4. Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles for assisting with financial tasks.
