Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the Kolkata region. The manager will supervise 15 Business Development Executives and drive franchise expansion for the company€™s tourism and adventure travel services.
Responsibilities
€¢ Manage and lead a team of 15 Business Development Executives
€¢ Achieve franchise development targets across Kolkata region
€¢ Build franchise network for tourism packages and travel services
€¢ Guide and train executives in sales and marketing
€¢ Conduct business meetings and presentations with potential franchise partners
€¢ Build strong relationships with investors and business owners
€¢ Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
€¢ Support marketing and brand expansion in the Kolkata market
