Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Kolkata region for a worldwide tour and travel company. The candidate will be responsible for developing franchise network, appointing distributors, and managing a team of Business Development Executives across Kolkata city.
The Business Development Manager will handle the Kolkata zone only and will be responsible for expanding franchise business and managing the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop franchise partners across Kolkata city
Appoint franchise, distributors, and business partners
Handle tourism product business development
Manage and supervise Business Development Executives
Monitor team performance and sales activities
Plan business expansion strategies in Kolkata region
Report business performance to company management
Travel across Kolkata for business meetings and franchise development
Team Structure
1 Business Development Manager
Under BDM: Minimum 15 Business Development Executives
Executives will handle field sales and franchise appointments
BDM will supervise and manage the team
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
TA/DA: ₹10,000 per month
Total Earnings: ₹50,000 per month
Training will be provided by company
Career growth opportunity to Area Manager level
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Sales / Franchise Development / Business Development
Experience in Travel, Insurance, Banking, Franchise Sales preferred
Good communication and team handling skills
Must be willing to travel across Kolkata
Leadership and business expansion mindset required
