🧠 Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Care
�� Conduct mental health consultations with empathy and professionalism
�� Understand emotional and psychological concerns and recommend suitable wellness programs
�� Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Program Explanation & Enrollment
�� Explain mental wellness programs, therapy structures, and outcomes clearly
�� Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally
�� Follow up with prospective clients and manage ethical enrollments
�� Achieve assigned consultation and enrollment targets responsibly
Coordination & Operations
�� Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and internal teams
�� Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
�� Participate in internal training on ethics, consultation skills, and mental health practices

🎓 Educational Qualification
�� Master��s Degree in:
o Psychology
o Clinical Psychology
