Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executives (Student Counsellors) to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with students and parents, providing career guidance, promoting educational programs, and supporting admissions through effective marketing and counselling strategies.
Responsibilities:
Interact with walk-in students and provide detailed counselling about available courses and career paths.
Conduct field visits, seminars, and promotional activities to generate leads and awareness.
Handle telephonic and online inquiries from potential students.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper records.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in public interaction and presentation
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Internet)
Strong convincing and counselling ability
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
