Job Description
Narayana Group is looking for motivated and professional Telecallers to handle prospective-parent enquiries, lead follow-up and appointment generation for school admissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective parents/leads.
• Explain school programmes and facilities.
• Provide admission-related information.
• Follow up with enquiries systematically.
• Generate appointments for school visits.
• Maintain lead records and call reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and counselling teams.
• Support admission conversion through regular follow-up.
Eligibility
• Minimum Class 12 pass.
• Good communication skills.
• Good convincing ability.
• Patient and professional while dealing with parents.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in telecalling, education, sales or customer handling preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Language Preference
English | Hindi | Bengali preferred.
Nepali will be an additional advantage.
Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹16,000 Gross/Month
Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 Gross/Month
Salary is indicative and subject to final selection and organisational approval.
