As a Telecalling Executive, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate sales leads or set up appointments. You will also be responsible for making cold calls to prospects and persuading them to purchase products or services.
In addition to outbound calling, you will also handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about products or services to interested customers. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of the products or services offered.
