📌 Detailed Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
• Steel fabrication, cutting, grinding, and structural welding tasks,
• Ability to perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding with precision,
• Reading and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and layout diagrams,
• Preparing fabrication materials, measuring components, and marking according to requirements,
• Ensuring materials are cut, welded, and fitted as per project specifications,
• Managing welding machines and fabrication tools proficiently,
• Performing final finishing work such as grinding, polishing, smoothening welded joints,
• Ensuring that welding work meets safety rules, project specifications, and QC requirements,
• Collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and team members to complete daily tasks,
• Troubleshooting welding defects, correcting alignment issues, and ensuring proper weld penetration,
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery in proper working condition,
• Adhering to workplace safety guidelines and using PPE at all times,
• Completing assigned fabrication tasks within deadlines,
• Supporting additional fabrication activities as needed by the employer,

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Welding Fabricator
